Our rugged IP65 rated ‘Cobalt’ range of food grade stainless steel touchscreen PC’s are suitable for a wide range of applications and environments. They are easily installed using our own custom made wall and machine VESA mounts or floor stands and are ready for 12v, 120v, or 240v operation. They also come with a wide range of connectivity.
Our heavy duty IP65 rated ‘Cobalt’ range of food-grade stainless steel touchscreen PCs are frequently implemented within clean as well as dirty or hostile work environments. The Cobalt is fully sealed all round to provide IP65 protection against contaminates such as moisture, food particles, condensation and dust. Whats more, our monitors feature a very strong toughened glass screen that will resist knocks making them ideal for food or drink processing plants. The Cobalt is also suited to large manufacturing factories, heavy industry plants, pharmaceutical facilities and catering environments such as restaurant and kitchen automation.
Unlike most of its competitors, our Cobalt range does not use embedded computer systems. In fact, inside the fully sealed cabinet is our own removable PC unit which is made using standard, high quality branded motherboards, drives, and memory etc – This is what makes the CabinetPro industrial PCs upgradeable and serviceable in the UK. The PCs run standard Windows operating systems and can be configured with a wide range of processors. All our PC’s are designed by our in-house experts, are hand built by us in the UK and can be found in many sites throughout the world working tirelessly 24/7. Our PCs can be washed down at the end of each shift, and with no exposed hinges or locks where residue can accumulate, hygiene requirements are safely met. Our powerful Cobalt range of computers are compatible with many modern software programs and ERP systems from many suppliers. They can be easily wall, column, floor or machine mounted using our industry standard VESA mounts and stands. All our PCs can be Wi-Fi equipped and can have custom connectivity options. We offer generous discounts for multiple purchases along with a free 3 year RTB warranty subject to 14 day invoice settlement.

We can supply a range of industrial IP65 rated stainless steel keyboards to compliment our touchscreens if required with or without trackpads or trackballs. All keyboard cables are terminated with a USB plug.

To put your mind at rest, here at CabinetPro we build to a quality not a price. This is because our customers appreciate the value of high quality units that do not need to be frequently maintained or replaced. This saves them cost, time and inconvenience. In addition, all our PCs are manufactured in the UK so in the unlikely event that you do need service or support, help is close to hand. To show confidence in our product, we offer a 3 year RTB warranty option subject to early payment terms being met.
Our Cobalt stainless steel range is built to last in order to protect your investment. Each unit is built in four main sections, each one replaceable independently of the others: The core of the unit is the cabinet, this will last for an indefinite period and we can upgrade or replace all the elements within this easily keeping you up to date starting with the PC power and memory requirements; next is the touch-screen monitor assembly which is fully replaceable; then finally, the four piece neoprene gasket set that we replace in any event.
Some of our PC’s have been working in the field without attention for over 7 years, however, we do recommend that PC’s are serviced every 5 years just to make sure everything is still working to our tight specification. So, unlike most, we offer a RTB service scheme where every 5 years we will check that your PC is running at optimum efficiency and that all hardware is still working accurately as intended. We offer many combinations of I/O IP rated connections on all our PC’s. Please talk to us about your specific requirements.
Our standard SSD’s are 240GB +. We can also fit 500GB+ SATA Seagate or similar branded HDD’s. Single or dual drives are also catered for.
Dual core 1.86GHz Intel Atom D2500. Upgradeable to dual core 64-bit 2.41GHz J1800 or 2.9 GHz dual core 4th generation Intel i3.
Our standard PC’s come with 8GB of Corsair or Crucial branded Ram. This can be upgraded to 16GB / 32GB if required.
Standard specification is integrated Intel GMA 3650 Video through to integrated Intel HD Graphics. Audio is normally 2+2 or 7.1 channel High Definition (Board dependant)
Our standard I/O connections are 1x 240v power. Ix RJ45 Network and 2x USB. More can be added as required. All connections are IP rated to different degrees dependant on model.
Standard size for our Cobalt® stainless steel touch-screen PC is 17″ however a 15″ unit is available as special order. Our ABS and panel PC’s offer a choice of sizes.
Most are our PC’s are Windows driven, but please contact us if you have other requirements. We can sometimes work from your image but normally our PC’s are freshly loaded with Windows 10Pro or 11Pro / Enterprise OS’s.
