At CabinetPro we believe that just because you cant find what you want, it doesn’t always mean that it’s not available. We think out of the box and can, in most cases, bring a clients shop floor PC idea to fruition simply by applying some logic, skill and time to a potential project. We combine our knowledge and work closely with customers to brainstorm an idea to reality. We can work with steel or ABS to create a bespoke but still serviceable custom PC just for you.
We can supply almost any size of touch-screen monitor in a specially designed cabinet using our trademark branded parts. Motherboards, memory, RAM and processors can all be chosen to best suit your application and built into the design making a truly unique solution.
Timescale for a design job to be completed properly, starting from scratch to supplying the finished article could take weeks or maybe months especially if a complex cabinet needs to be totally designed and fabricated.

Is there anything you cant build?
Yes, we have limits. So rather than tackling other types of project, we stick to what we know and that’s designing and building bespoke industrial shop floor PCs, rugged kiosks and panel PCs.

What do your design services cost?
We only charge for the physical design work itself. Initial consultations and brainstorming sessions are free of charge. Ultimate pricing will depend on size and complexity of design.

Can your designs be IP rated?
Yes, all designs follow our pattern of making PCs impervious to dust and sprayed water ingress. It’s what we do best.

Months, really?
We like to think we can get a design to prototype within a month or so but subsequent changes to achieve the goal sometimes takes much longer to perfect. It is for this reason we do not work to deadlines.

Our standard HDD’s are 500GB SATA Seagate or similar branded drive. We can also fit SSD’s, SanDisk 120 / 240GB or similar. Single or dual drives are also catered for.

Dual core 1.86GHz Intel Atom D2500. Upgradeable to dual core 64-bit 2.41GHz J1800 or 2.9 GHz dual core 4th generation Intel i3.

Our standard PC’s come with 4GB of Corsair or Crucial branded Ram. This can be upgraded to 8GB if required.

Standard specification is integrated Intel GMA 3650 Video through to integrated Intel HD Graphics. Audio is normally 2+2 or 7.1 channel High Definition (Board dependant)

I/O Connections
Our standard I/O connections are 1x 240v power. Ix RJ45 Network and 2x USB. More can be added as required. All connections are IP rated to different degrees dependant on model.

Screen Sizes
Standard size for our Cobalt® stainless steel touch-screen PC is 17″ however a 15″ unit is available as special order. Our ABS and panel PC’s offer a choice of sizes.

Operating Systems
Most are our PC’s are Windows driven, but please contact us if you have other requirements. We can sometimes work from your image but normally our PC’s are freshly loaded with Windows 7Pro 8Pro or 10Pro 32 or 64bit OS’s.
